How to change the Title-Bar subtitle text and color?

To change the Title Bar Subtitle text and color, do the following:

Navigate to Theme Settings > Header from your WordPress dashboard.

Navigate to Title-bar from the Header menu

From there you can change the text styling and color of the title bar easily.
