Step 1
To start building a footer, visit your WordPress Dashboard > Header Footer > Footers > Add New. From here, you can create as many footers as you require.
You can add your footer title from here and do make sure that you have the template option selected to “Elementor Canvas“ and hit publish.

You can also make it visible on your entire website or on specific pages by toggling on and off from the sidebar “Display On“ option and selecting your preferred pages.
Step 2
Now, to add content to your Footer, visit your WordPress Dashboard > Header Footer > Footers and click on the Elementor page builder button.
Now to add content, you can use the left-hand side Elementor content panel to add text, buttons, logos, etc. to your footer section and customize it further with color, margin, padding, background-color/gradient, buttons with external/internal links, icons, etc.



Step 3
You have the option to use any of the available widgets from Elementor & Droit Addons for Elementor to add content to your footer section and further customize it with Elementor.
There you have it, you have just created your footer section. When you think you’re satisfied with the footer section that you’ve created press Publish.
And that’s it.
