To create your Menu, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus. From here you can create a new menu.

From the Menu structure option, you can rename and apply existing content to your menu section from the left-hand side. Each menu option can be further customized with sub-menus/tabs. 

When you’re done creating your menu, make sure to press the “Save” button.
