To change the shortcode color please click on Edit with Elementor button. It will redirect you to a new page where you can change shortcode settings.

Then, Click anywhere in shortcode and you will find a sidebar in the left and click on style tab. Like below:

On the style tab, you will find all the color setting to change the default color.
