To get started you must have a Mailchimp account and make sure you have the Mailchimp connected to your WordPress account. 

Now to set up your form block for your website. Head over to the page you want to add your form to and click on Elementor page builder. From here search for the Mailchimp Form widget and drag and drop it to your preferred location.

Right of the bat, you will find the preset options for this widget, which allows you to choose from an array of preset design options for your Form.

For this example, I’ll be setting a simple subscriber form with a solid border. 

Form settings are the most important part of them all, from here you will add your action URL. You can learn more about it from here

And your done, your subscriber form has been created with Mailchimp.
